Any issues with Techsoft MirrorFolder

I am considering purchasing TechSoft mirrofolder for our small business.  I want to make sure that I am protecting my data.  Does anyone have experience with this software?  Would you recommend it?  Is it reliable?

Finally, does anyone know what services it uses?  I downloaded it and it constantly stays in my tray even if I stop the service from the COntrol Panel...

Thanks

I have never used it.

I prefer DOuble Take, Rsync for windows or the SYnctoy for XP and Vista.

I hope this helps !

I would just like a real time mirror of what I am doing.  I have some backup software in place that backs up every night, but after recently having a hard drive failure I got kind of nervous about losing data.  We are a small business but rely heavily on our data.

I am not a huge fan of sync toy...it is kind of neat, but there are just some minor things I don't like.  I have looked at rsync but never delved into it.
