This server runs W2K3 SERVER SP1, CAG - Advance Access Control 4.5, the following error keeps showing up in the event viewer, should I be concerned? If so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Event Type:      Error

Event Category:      None
Event ID:      10016
Date:            11/14/2007

Computer:      RINNYCSRWEB001
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20).  This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

This is a MDM (Machine Debug Manager) issue.  Michko's last link has a solution for this problem.  In that page, search for your CLSID (0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064) and you'll be right there.
