In Exchange UM how do I get anonymous callers to leave voice messages.

anonymous callers are not able to leave messages on Exchange UM. I check the properties of the UM user that the call was made to and they have Allow diverted calls without a caller ID to leave a message enabled. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Running Cisco Call Manager 5.1.

thanks for the info. I have no problems when the user has caller id but if the user does not then they cannot leave a vm.
