outlook exchange send as user

i have setup outlook to have teh exchange account and I have set it up to be abel to send as a alias. I have a issue as I need to be able to in sales logix(this is nbot a sales logix question) it needs to vbe able to pick the send as user from teh global address list. But this account is a alias from another account is tehre a way to send as a alias this way if not I will create a new account then my question is what all do I need to do to make this work thank you
