How can I open an EventLogAnalyzer.eear?

Problem: I recently downloaded the EventLogAnalyzer.eear and other similar ones, but I can't  open them.
Is some Expert  able  to solve my problem?

Dear baev:
I get that by installing the following .exe: "ManagingEngine_EventLogAnalyzer.exe"
that got it from www.google.com
Please, if you need another data about it  not hesitate to ask me about it.
