VB 2005 pass array into listview

Hi in Ecel VBA I passed an array into a listbox
 frmR.lsbCellFormats.List = arrFormatNamesList
How do you pass an array similarily into a ListView control in VB 2005

Unfortunately, the ListView doesn't have any mechanism for binding, so you would have to loop through the array, and create ListViewItems.
