I have one exchange 2003 server that is in its own  forest.  I have to create a new forest and install Exchange 2007 in it.  What is the most efficient way to move all the mail boxes from the 2003 Exchange server to the Exchange 2007 server?  I will have to move about 100 mailboxes.

Hi,

If you want to perform a cross forest migration you need to use the Powershell move-mailbox command (the GUI can't do it). You will also need to have a cross forest trust and permissions in both the source and target Exchange organisations.

All I want to do in migrate the email.  I will not be migrating any users from one forest to the other.  The tool above seems to want to do both.
