How do I get my pix 501 out of monitor mode?

I entered the reload command and it has been rebooting continuosly.

   Hi zwordfish
           "Checksum verification on uncompressed PIX image failed." Your IOS looks corrupt. You should download and tftp a valid IOS to your PIX.
