hi,
i think i need to clarify my question:
i want to
1. change the border color of the whole dataGridView not the row border color
2. change the selecter 's color not the row color

i am sorry for the confusing.

thanks

That first link will show you how to change the grid border color for the grid.

What do you mean by the selector color?

RedKelvin:
i tried the link, it changed the color of the grid lines separating the cells of dataGridView not the border of the whole dataGridView.
the selector is the cell before each row, once you select a row, an ARROW sign will be showed on the cell.

thanks

viola123,

The selector is known as the RowHeader, so you need to alter the RowHeaderDefaultCellStyle(Backcolor)

I don't think the border color is configurable.
