I have an HTC Triton2 Phone running the Windows Mobile 6 OS. I've configured a Yahoo IMAP account and checked the box to sync the sent items folder. However, Once an email has been sent, it briefly shows up in the sent items folder and then disappears. Anyone know how to get the sent items to stay in the sent items folder?

Hello TommyCasanova,

Check your view setting.  Make sure you are seeing all messages, not just unread ones.

Also, check if you are filtering the email to another folder like Trash.  Check other folders.

Hope this helps!

Hi War1:

CAn you elaborate on the where to find the view settings? You wouldn't be able to snap a pic of where it's located?

My clients states that it use to work and the sent items were visible; one day it just stopped working. I've tried createing new pop accounts without success.
