xnetcrt.exe - What is it ?

I have just looked at my SBS 2003 SP1 Server and I have a xnetcrt.exe running in processes which is taking 47% CPU usage, I have stopped it for now and Sys-idle is now 99% "The Server has Sped up" !

What is xnetcrt.exe - Google gives me Nothing

It has now come back but 0% CPU, however is taking 6.7MB of Memory and is running under a System Account

This may be some process of application that you have installed.Check what softwares are running...

Is it netcat.exe ?

Try installing quickaccess.exe
this will help you find what the process is and which software it is related.
After you install go to Process and you will see and icon where you can click to find more...
