yes.. there's different ways..
you could set a time out which calls another window like a pop up which contains the asp function...
or you can set a time out, which reloads the page but sets a value and have an if statement check the value and run

but straight asp body onload timeout cannot call asp function
because <body onload= timeout...> is a client side and asp is a server side language..
right?

right.. you can't do it straight thru using asp.. You'll need to use javascript to either call a new window or refresh the window with the code on it.
