Ok guys heres the situaton, boss has a nightmare pc, with kids and family who have trashed it riddled it with viruses, after many attempts to remove them we have decided to kill the computer and format it, he's using aol and wants to keep his email, if I back up his emails where does it back the file up to and is it just a case of copying over the back up folder to the new pc?
