We are using M/S Outlook 2003.  I have gone under - Customize Current View - Field - and Created a New Field - I have made it a Yes/No field - I don't know what to do next - how can I get the field to accept information like Yes or No

When you create your new field, Right click on the Subject, Down to Field Chooser,  New.  Add your new field name, and the Type must be defined to yes/no
