Motorola Q and Windows Mobile 5 viewing snp extension

I am trying to view a file with the snp extension (microsoft access snapshot viewer) on my Motorola Q with Windows mobile 5. Does anyone know of a download that will allow this?

As far as I know the snapshot viewer only works on a desktop and it that is the only .snp viewer I have ever seen, short of a customer development job... which would be expensive.
