It'd Event ID 9688 MSExchangeIS Mailbox.<br />

Exchange store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (CHN1)': The logical size of the database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file and the .stm file minus the logical free space in each) is 16GB. This database size is approaching the size limit of 18GB.<br />

If the logical database size exceeds the maximum size limit, it will be dismounted on a regular basis.<br />

What measures should I take before this happens? Do I just need to have users delete mail? Which is easier said than done, or is there something else I should be doing?
