Mail lost. XLS

Some of our employees have the following problem: When they send an e-mail with an XLS attachement, it never arrives, few moments later it being deleted in the "sent items" folder. No idea why...

We use Outlook 2007 and Excahnge 2007. Trendmicro Scanmail

Just some people have this problem. Anyone got an Idea.

I would check the trendmicro logs to see if they had viruses on them or macros that are not allowed.

Also check the 3 event logs, an consider turning on Mail tracking in Exchange
