Disable domain users passwords

I assist in managing a large domain and time to time we run into issues that could easily be resolved if we could some how temporarily "disable" any given users password to allow us to login their profile for testing purposes. The catch is that we would like to be able to then re-enable the password as so the user does not have to change and/or remember a new password the next time they have to login and instead just continue to use the password they're familiar with. Resetting the password is not an option because the password a user uses is tied into other services such as webmail, so if the user for example was to try and log into email from home there password would not work. So in conclusion I need a method/program that will allow me temporarily disable a password to allow me to login do my thing then logout and re-enable their password so the user can go on doing whatever it is they do without any complications.
