I ran dcpromo and wiped out  teh old AD. Ran dcpromo again and created a new domain etc...after re-boot there is no "Server Management" available.
The error I get is the following:
Problem With Shortcut
The drive or network connection that the shortcut "Server Management.Ink" refers to is not available. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again.
Is there a run command that I can use?

You can't DCPROMO a Small Business Server.  Since you wanted to wipe out AD, the only way to do that is to reformat and fully reinstall the server.

So, the lesson learned?  Read the documentation yourself before doing anything like this.  In fact, print it out and have it in front of you to make sure you follow the correct steps.  You can find SBS installation documenation at http://sbsurl.com/start.

Complete SBS docs are at http://sbsurl.com/help
and I always suggest that you have a good SBS Book to guide you as well.  My recommendations are at http://sbsurl.com/list

FYI, I am working on adjusting the "accepted answer" of the question that provided you the wrong advice to begin with.  (http:Q_22962423.html)
