Create a server side rule

I have alert that comes to a distribution email - ie 3 people within the organization. I need to create a SERVER side rule that replaces the subject line to another according to matched text. How can this be done?

dont quite understand what you want to do but have you looked under notifications in ESM you can  change email settings in there or get it to run a batch file for what ever you want it to do
