Print option is deactivated in my PDF file. How to activate it ?

i think this pdf file you receive from some other person.
PDF documents provides an security machanism including disable printing and changing.

Open file in adobe pdf reader or professional and under File manu select Document Propertys.

now in properties windows select security from the listbox it will show all the security options applied on PDF.

It printing is not allowed there then you need the password that was used to diable the printing & yu must be using adobe professional to activate this.

Hi

Pav is correct, as a workaround you can use the 'Snapshot Tool' from the basic toolbar and take shots of the whole page and paste into word or an image editor and print from there...

This was due to security setting on PDF file, who forwarded the documents to us.

Sorted the problem after getting a un-secured document
