How to create simple Forum in ASP.NET ( open source)  ??

Does anyone know where I can download /create a free& simple  ASP.net 2.0 forum for my own website?Im not programmer also Im beginner in this filed.

System info:  server2003-Microsoft visual studio 2005-sql2000-MSAcess2003

I download   YetAnotherForum.NET (YAF)  from your link.
Now could you please tell me the next step.

Beacuse I try to open it in microsoft visual studio2005 but nothing appear.

I found also thoes sites and I dowload the free forum, http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/JumpyForum.asp
http://www.hotscripts.com/ASP.NET/Scripts_and_Controls/Discussion_Boards/index.html
but the same I dont know the right steps to make it run in visual studio2005 .
