Cannot connect to cluster

I have a 2 node exchange cluster and it was built with the exchange server name and the MSCS Name tied into one.  We brought the group offline that had both the exchange and the quorum resources.  After restarting the server I cannot get into the cluster.

Log on locally to one of the cluster nodes, start the cluster management MMC, and connect to "." (a single dot) instead of the cluster name.
