Does Bellsouth ISP allow home servers? Does Bellsouth block port 80 and other ports for ftp, mail servers?

Im running Apache 2.26 and tomcat 6x on windows XP.  My isp is Bellsouth and service is Fastaccess DSL Xtrem.  If bellsouth blocks port 80 for web server, or ftp and mail server ports is there a trick to get around this?

They do not block the ports.  But...

Can I run FTP, Email, Web or Proxy servers on residential class service?
