what does it mean when a internet page loads put says it`s done but with errors?

This means that some of the Javascript code within the web page that has just been downloaded contains syntax or logic errors. As a consequence certain parts of the web page may not work as the author intended.

Well the fault/error in the javascript needs to be corrected - if you are the author of the page then you need to debug your javascript.

As for using the page there is no harm in using it - but it probably will not do what its supposed to do as the javascript within the page is not working.
