I suppose you have .jar file for that framework.

You must specify that your project use that framework.

- Right click on your project in "Projects" tab.
- Choose "Properties" from popup menu.
- Click on "Libraries" node.
- "Add library" button.
- "Manage Libraries" button.
- "New Library" button.
- Enter some name for it.
- Add .jar file of your framework to library you've just created.
- Click "OK" button in "Library Manager" window.
- Choose created library in "Add Library" window.
- Press "Add Library" button.
- Press "OK" button in "Project Properties" button.

I hope this will help you.
