I tried with partition magic but its not working, please advice how can i increase the partition on C drive.

Beside Partition Magic, do you have any other like Acronis or Bootit-Ng?

Alrite, let wait for other experts who knows Gpart better to help though.

Or go here: http://www.bootitng.com/bootitng.html
The demo version should work fine. But do not do so without backup first.

Partition Magic does not work on a system where the primary partition is a Windows Server. You need to run a primary drive with a desktop OS or have the Server Magic software from same vendor.
