   1 acre = 4046,85642 square meters

So :

    100 acres = 404685,642 sqm

Assuming that the two given sides of 100 meters are opposite sides, we have to find x for which :

     100 m  *  x m  =  404685,642 sqm

Or :

      x = 404685,642  /  100 = 4046,85642

We've now got all 4 sides of the rectangle : 2 sides are 100 m, and 2 sides are 4046.85642 m. For the perimeter, we just add those :

      perimeter = (2 * 100)  +  (2 * 4046,85642) = 8293,71284

So, the rectangle has a perimeter of 8293,71284 meters.
