Hello, I have fairly regularly used <a href="http://www.pcpitstop.com/pitstop" rel="ugc">http://www.pcpitstop.com/pitstop</a>&nbsp;for a general a check of my pc(s). The last couple of times I've tried, though, it has got to disk health 99% and then come to a full stop. I have a new pc so think it's probably their end and wonder if you can suggest another site that offers a similar, and free, check of the same sort?<br />

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. Computer software consists of programs, libraries and related non-executable data (such as documentation). Computer software is non-tangible, contrasted with computer hardware, which is the physical component of computers. Software written in a machine language is known as "machine code".
