I'm looking for some software to install on my WIndows 2003 Web server to:<br />

1. Set up a scheduled tasks with start and End date and occurance<br />
2. On the schdule, will run a URL to a web page, (not sure whether it needs to open IE, run it, and then close it when done)<br />
3. [optional] Alert me me by email when a task is run<br />
<br />
It does not have to be free. Will pay for it.<br />

Scheduling software to set and run URL periodically with start and end dates

Active Server Pages (ASP) is Microsoft’s first server-side engine for dynamic web pages. Web applications are systems that run in browsers that perform functions normally associated with other client-based programs. One of the most commonly used web applications is email; instead of downloading individual emails to a local machine, the data is shown through a website. Other examples of web applications are collaborative systems like a wiki or an online game.
