How do I stop it from doing this.

The option to "Dont ask me again" is greyed out

Hello LFC1980,

Go to Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > File Types. Scroll down to DOC extension and highlight it. Click on Advanced button. Uncheck "Confirm open after download".  Click OK.

Do you this for each extension that asks you to open attachment.

Hope this helps!
