I'm having the same issue when I install a fresh copy of Crystal reports 9.0. Applying the service pack<br />
did not fix. Re-sizing the screen did not fix either.

This sounds like a problem you should be asking to Business Objects.<br />

You may have something on your machines that is interfering with Crystal.<br />
