Need Assistance

I'm trying to install Epson receipt printer TM-U220 using 304_E drivers for the installation as recommended but whenever i install this it always say "not available" on the printer and always print once then won't print again, i have tried changing the parallel LPT ports, installing on different machines but its just not working.

Thanks alot everyone, i had it fix by myself all that was needed to be done was to change the ports. I used a different port from that of the default assigned by the printers software and it worked. Thanks for the assistance.

if you installed it on different PC's, and it did not work, then it is just bad. Replace it
