Currently the T1 to our facility is experiencing an outage.  I have another location that is on an independent DSL.  This location uses OWA to access email.  There are attachments that I need to retrieve from this mailbox.  How can I do this?

If you have permission to open the mailbox, you can get the attachments using OWA.  Or have you tried that?

Have you ever used OWA before?  You need to go to http://servername/exchange to use it.
