Is there an ER diagram tool with Oracle like the one in SQL server enterprise manager under "Diagrams"

I just inherited an Oracle database, and I would like to create a diagram with all the tables and relationships. In SQL server, I just click on the database, then R-click "diagrams" then "create new diagram". With this tool I am able to select tables, then SQL server shows me the relationships on the selected tables.

Does Oracle 10g have a tool like this?

You can do this in TOAD : Tools >> ER-Diagram.

You could even explore another useful utility : Database >> SQL Modeler.

There is a tool called PL/SQL developer that comes from Oracle, but i m not sure if it has any utlity to create E-R diagrams. You could get hold of Visio though which has a similar feature.
