I've received it like 50 times now, I told her and she's checking with her IT Department at Pricewaterhouse, but i was wondering if the problem could be solved here too?

It's just that particular email. I need to keep getting other emials from her.

If your using Outlook 2003, you can setup a e-mail rule to look for that e-mail address then also scan the subject and/or body for the string the user is getting and exclude it (i.e. move it to another folder, trash it, etc).
