Is there anyway to get round this? How comes it works in an Outlook client but not in OWA? &nbsp;<br />

I suppose this is why it works once it has been archived because the archive server is effectively a backend repository.<br />

We are having an issue whereby users cannot reply/forward messages stored in public folders when using Outlook web access (OWA), no problem via Outlook client. &nbsp;The toolbar is simply missing. &nbsp;Anyone have any ideas how to resolve.<br />

Oddly, once the message is archived via out software then accessed via same folder the options are there again.<br />
