change Language in Explorer

I am trying to change the language setting on my explorer page. I go to tools and intertnet option and under the general tab I click on the language button and pick the language that I want the web pages to be displayed with but nothing happens....what am I doing wrong?. Thanks

you need to go to a freanch web page to see freach. the language change will help with forms or data you write.

I have it set to type my word documents and ect. in the language that I want but it won't let me makt the changes. I looked at the link that you sent but have done most all of that.....?

I think we are talking apples and oranges.
Do you want to change language for word documents or all Application??

if the page is was written in En it will stay in En.. if the page is made in Fr it will stay i FR.
if the page is made in Fr it will stay i FR but the langauge you type in will change to the langauge you set...

a name and address field will be in Fr.
