Setting language preferences in a browser  http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-lang-priorities

you need to go to a freanch web page to see freach.  the language change will help with forms or data you write.

If your language is set to Fr,  it will write the Fr accent you need, but you still need to know how to spell in Fr.
