FTP Server Types

Looking for an FTP client that I Can specify custom server types with filters for propietary file listings ?

Currently looking at FileZilla because its free and if I don't get a good solution, I can get to the code.

Done,  It didn't display the remote either.

How do I configure a filter to display remote folder contents ?

Are you looking for a client or a programming API?  This sounds like something that really needs to be handled in code and not by using a generic FTP client.  You might take a look at the following:

http://www.jscape.com/sftp/

It's a Java API.  It has a FtpFileParser class that you can implement allowing you to define your own parsing logic.
