Zire 72 Screen will not calibrate

Hello All,
I have a Palm Zire 72 that worked great except the battery would run down too quickly.  So I bought a fresh battery.  Turns out I had to take the unit apart to install the new battery, and now I cannot calibrate the screen.  When I got to touch the spot to calibrate - it just stays in calibration mode.  If I cold reset it does the same thing.  Any help or suggestions appreciated very much.

It looks like your screen is not aligned you are going to have to reassmble the device again. Its a hardware issue not software issue.

Thanks Mikal,

I did do that one time - took it apart & put back together.  I'll pray harder this time & try it again.  It's an extremely poor design they have for replacing the battery.  I'll try it one more time before I spend the $100 or more to replace it.

Thanks a bunch - I'll let you know.
