Hi

I am trying to develop a flash slide show where i can use XML to identify the images i need to inlcude.

I need the slide show to be similar in style and dimensions to the one embedded in this website

http://www.now-energy.com/

So i need to use xml to dynamically include the images in the slide show.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

There is a lot that goes into building one of these, so I will direct you to a tutorial that should help you out.

I have worked with this tutorial before, but i need all the images to be download at the start, then animated with a mask.

I think I will do this manually.

Thanks.

You could either do it manually, or you could create two container movieclips lets call them X and Y.  You would need to load the first image into X, set Y to _visible = false, once X is done loading you can begin loading the image into Y.  You would then need to put in a statement that won't allow it to transition to Y until Y is completely loaded.  Once it is loaded turn it to visible and swap the image.  Reverse the process for every image.  That is about the only way I can think of doing it and still have them load dynamically.

cheers
