I have 2 sites running 2 different domains. One is running Server 2003 with exchange and the other is running SBS Server 2003.

Is it possible to sync exchange between the 2 sites even though there running on different domains and one is running SBS Server?

Short answer - NO.

The only product that Microsoft do for sync of two separate Exchange orgs requires full version of both Windows and Exchange and Enterprise edition of both as well.
