How can I enable IP accounting on the cisco 3560 and 3750 switches?

HI,

I found out that I cannot use Netflow or NBAR with cisco 3560 or 3750 switches.

I must be able to use IP accounting.  If so can you tell me the commands to enable it please, with any variables I might need to choose.
