Hello All,

I attempted several methods of resolving this issue, but was unable to really get anywhere except converted VOBs w/ no sound... so here goes:

I have 3 VOB files, 2 IFO files, and a BUP file.

The VOBs and IFOs need to be merged. And as for the BUP - I really don't know the point of it.

I am not too familiar with all of this video lingo, but I am doing the best I can to explain.

Is there a particular freeware that will allow me to associate/merge VOB files with IFO/BUP files?

Does anyone know how this can be done?

You shouldn't really need the IFO files if you are converting to flv -- because IFO files only tell a video how to behave in a DVD player and the BUP files are just back ups of the IFO files.
Get a copy of SUPER and simply convert your VOB files to Flash -- and choose flv.
