Hello,

We have a Sonicwall 2040 with VPN enabled.  VPN works fine from Windows.  Have some Apple Mac Laptops we want to allow to use the VPN connection.  Followed Apples instructions as to enabling VPN on the Mac, but it would not connect.  The PP2P connect failed altogether.  Tried LT2P (or whatever it is) and was able to get farther, but would never really complete the connection successfully.
Macs were running  OS X "tiger" with all updates applied.  Have Leopard now, but have not tried VPN with it yet.  Can someone help?  Please advise.  Thanks.

I've had little joy connecting Apple VPN to a SonicWall TZ170 .. in the end I resorted to using
VPN Tracker - http://www.equinux.com/us/products/vpntracker/index.html
and
IPSecuritas - http://www.lobotomo.com/products/IPSecuritas/ .. which is Freeware

Try them and see do you get further.
