I have a set up a new user on our AD domain who is acting as a PA to another member in the business therefore requires full access to the other users inbox, through Outlook 2003.
I have used Server management to configure her profile to view his Inbox by going into the Advanced Exchange Features - Mailbox rights for the users profile she wants to view - adding her to the user list and granting her full mailbox rights.
She now has the ability to view ther users inbox HOWEVER CANNOT view the users subfolders within the Inbox.
I have tried adding her as a delegate through the other users Outlook but this does not work either?
The client PC's are running XP SP2/Outlook 2003, Server is Running SBS 2003
Has anyone experienced this problem before, and knows of a workaround for it???
Desperately need help on this one!
