I am installing a new site which requires a help desk (trouble ticket) system and live chat. I have been looking at Kayako, but it seems very complicated to setup and their live chat is not as sophisticated as others. Maybe I need to keep the two functions separate.
I have been using PHPLiveSupport on other sites. In general it is not too bad, except it does not allow for geolocation and the company has not updated the app in a long long time (and seemed to be shut down for a while not long ago either).
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Time is of an essence.
