Unable to Mount Public Folder Store - Event ID:9519 - 0x8004010f

Hi, I am unable to get the public folder store to Mount, I have been through all the permissions in the MS documents that Google turns up (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823017/en-us) , have tried running ESEUTIL (runs through fine)  I am unable to run ISINTEG "Cannot initiate verification process.  Please review the log file for more information."

Below is the event errors:

Event ID: 9519
Error 0x8004010f starting database "First Storage Group\4dbaa7f7-932a-4365-bb8d-07986d0379d1" on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store.

I have also tried a restore from tape (Backup Exec 10d) but this has also failed.  (Final error: 0xe000848c - Unable to attach to a resource.)

Please help - URGENT!

Start > Run > services.msc


Make sure Microsoft Exchange Information Store is set to automatic and started


If not, start it and set it to automatic


Go back to System Manager and mount the Mailbox Store if not mounted already, and then mount the Public Folder store

This issue may occur if the public folder permissions for the Everyone group are set to Deny at the root of the public folder hierarchy in Exchange System Manager.

turned out to be "allow inheritable permissons" on the MAPI Public folders, not the store!
