Good email going to Junk folder

In my organization, I am using the Barracuda Spam filter along with Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2003. All the emails that leave the Barracuda after filtering are considered as good emails. Every once in awhile, some of the good emails will go to the Junk mail box in stead of the Inbox. Is there any way to tell exchange 2007 to send all mail to the Inbox folder in Outlook 2003?
