It would be REALLY helpful if you could tell us what you currently have...

How many servers do you have?
Do you have any 5.5 Servers still in the Organization?
Are you currently at Exchange 2000 or 2003?

Sorry for that, We do not have 5.5, we are using 2003, we have about 30 servers and also around 150 users. what i meant in my first question was a breakdown of things that you need to consider, what are the new features and what has to be done prior to installation.
